Ok so I know base JIRA does not track financials and I add on will need to be used. I want to achieve the following
On the Roadmap side I want to include a total cost column

You can use the Clerk Invoices Jira app. It helps generate invoices from Jira and Tempo worklogs and export them to QuickBooks or Xero.
