Cost tracking and the like

Ok so I know base JIRA does not track financials and I add on will need to be used.  I want to achieve the following 

• assign an hourly cost to each resource (developer user)
• assign a budget to a project
• Track a project cost based on the above
• Generate a Invoice 
  
  

On the Roadmap side I want to include a total cost column

What does the community recommend from a Addin perspective and on the road map side

You can use the Clerk Invoices Jira app. It helps generate invoices from Jira and Tempo worklogs and export them to QuickBooks or Xero.
