Hi All,

I am facing a challenge in performing the transition with the following error:
"Could not find current steps for #325136: root cause: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT ID, ENTRY_ID, STEP_ID, ACTION_ID, OWNER, START_DATE, DUE_DATE, FINISH_DATE, STATUS, CALLER FROM public.OS_CURRENTSTEP WHERE ENTRY_ID=? (ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block)"

I would really appreciate if somebody can guide me to resolve this or even a workaround.
