Couldn't transfer Jira products from one organization to another

Hi, guys!

Looks like I need some help from atlassian team mates.

I have an issue with transferring Jira Product transferring from one Org to another. At

I pass all instructions, suggestion, comments. I am Org admin in both organizations.

When I am trying to do transfer I've just could default error "something goes wrong". But Be returns me this error "One of the organizations have vortex enabled"

Looks like its something which needs to be done by Atlassian engineers
