Our custom story workflow has a step "Ready for Release", this is when the team has completed their work. It will then be handed over to the release team which might accumulate the stories from multiple sprints until they integration-test and release it, and set the story to "Done".
The problem we now have is that we would like the story points to be counted for the velocity in the sprint when the stories are set to "Ready for Release", as the sprint where they are set to "Done" might be much later.
Is there a way how this can be configured? Thanks for your advice!
