Which country(s) is our data hosted in for Jira, Confluence and Stride?

Also where are support services carried out from, including support from 3rd parties?

From your SOC reports and ISO certificate, it seems that the following places host our data:

US, Australia, Turkey, Europe

It is not clear where in Europe the data is hosted.

Hi Mae,

Jira and Confluence are hosted based on the location which provides the lowest latency. The location is "optimize[d] upon sign-up where customer data is located based on origin of access" - meaning whichever location is closest to most of your users. This is from https://www.atlassian.com/trust/reliability/infrastructure.

As for the specific country, it will be either Ireland or Germany (corresponding to the appropriate AWS region) if most of your users are in Europe.

Support comes from Atlassian's offices all over the globe - Australia, India, USA, Poland to name just a few.

Re Stride, this product no longer exists, so I don't think the data exists anywhere. It should have been destroyed by now.

If you are concerned about data sovereignty, the best means of addressing this is to host the application yourself.

Cheers, Jimmy
