Couple epic - feature - userstory - subtask to a default list option of an attribute

Hello community, 

I'm working in a Jira project - in a team Bord.

How can I couple an epic - feature - subtask default to a certain attribute list option? Now issues are coupled to the 1th item of the list of the attribute.

I tried to make a project rule (under Automation) but didn't succeed.
