Cradle to Grave Trace-ability with Confluence\Jira

Hi, 

Is it possible to produce a report that would document requirements captured in Confluence and their associated user stories\tickets + test case execution stats? 

I know of some plugins for managing requirements (in Confluence) and some for managing test cases (in Jira), but if someone needs to generate a report that documents the flow from req to test case, is that even possible? 

Appreciate your input and any recommendations you might have.
