Crazy pop up to install jira ios app ,driving me crazy

I am getting this pop up modal to install JIRA on my iphone, I have closed this 40 times since morning, and it just keeps coming back at me, drives me crazy.I even tried adding my phone number, but no it doesnt seem to let me go. Please can someone stop this?

This is happening to me as well, despite that I don't even own an iOS device! Have you (or anyone else) found a way to disable this?
