El problema existe en Proyectos. Los tableros son solo una forma de ver y manipular los problemas. Los tableros muestran problemas según un filtro asociado. El problema no está "en" el tablero, simplemente coincide con los criterios de filtro del tablero.

Mi respuesta inicial es no, no puedes forzar la visualización de una pantalla cuando mueves un problema a otro tablero. Sin embargo, si está moviendo el problema a otro tablero cambiando su estado, y si el problema está en un proyecto administrado por la empresa, entonces se puede adjuntar una pantalla a la transición del flujo de trabajo y se mostrará cuando el usuario inicie ese cambio de estado.

Issue exist in Projects. Boards are just a way to view and manipulate the issues. Boards display issues based on an associated filter. The issue is not "in" the board, it simply matches the filter criteria for the board.
Exactly how are you moving the issue to another board?
My initial answer is no, you cannot force a screen to display when you move an issue to another board. However, if you are moving the issue to another board by changing its Status, and if the issue is in a Company Managed project, then a screen can be attached the the Workflow Transition and it will show when the user initiates that change of Status.
