Create Custom Summary as Similar to Plan > Summary in Jira Cloud

Hi Community, 

Is there a way we can create custom summary as similar to plan > summary but with few changes such as:

• In Status overview, there only three statuses Do, In Progress, Done: How to remove these statuses and add different ones
• Issue Progress: Under issue type filter, want to see Task and Subtask which is not available 

Please guide if it is possible to customize the Plan > Summary with existing functionality or suggest any third party app to fulfil the above requirements.
