I need assistance to set up my Kanban board in a way so that JIRA card gets automatically created when emails are sent TO (Or CC to) the particular email address with Default Cloud Mail Server if possible. I have a similar setup for JIRA Service desk but not able to figure out how I can have a similar configuration for the Kanban board.

Yes, that article will help you set this up. One thing to note is defaulting the requestor to a known Jira user for issue creation. This will allow your co-workers who do not have a Jira ID to submit emails to create issues.
