We have Slack and JIRA linked and we are able to raises issues in our Helpdesk project from Slack using the /jira create command OK. I have linked other JIRA projects to other Slack channels and the notifications etc work OK, but when we run the /jira create command and select a different project it is not loaded so we cant create a new issue.
This only appears to be an issue with Next Gen projects, Classic projects appear to work OK.
