We're almost there in getting the connector (Salesforce/Jira) working, but the documentation in the Customware site refers to a localhost:PORT/plugins/... URL that seems to be appropriate for an Installed version of Jira and not an OnDemand version of Jira like ours. (I'm only assuming this - I'm not sure).
Question is, where can I find out what the URL of the Create Jira Issue button I add in Salesforce should be, to be able to create an issue in my Jira OnDemand instance FROM SF?
Thank you,
Axel
Hi Axel,
Since you have OnDemand, not all add-ons are available when compared to the standalone version. Therefore I am including a link that entails all available add-ons for OnDemand (to include Salesforce) for reference:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=315326753&from=PQIYDw
Ultimately, you need to purchase the add-on directly from the vendor should you choose to proceed:
http://marketplace.servicerocket.com/product/connector-for-salesforcecom-and-jira
Once you have the add-on, you can go to JIRA Admin > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons and scroll down to CustomWare Salesforce.com Connector Plugin and click configure.
I hope this info get's you on the right path.
Cheers,
Jason | Atlassian
