We can always achieve in JIRA, what we are unable to do in other similar tools.
Define your workflow, utilize post functions, create additional JS or groovy scripts to achieve your need.
ex:- You have a workflow with four steps
Open --> InProgress --> Review --> Closed
When user clicks on Review, it should automatically create a sub-task and copy few fields from parent and assign to someuser.
This is achievable, I have done this in many scenarios
