Create a Task under and Epic.
I have a user that would like to be able to create a Task (not a sub-task) under an Epic in Jira Data Center 8.20, is it possible to do?

From the View Screen for an Epic you can create a child issue in that Epic by clicking the + button to the right of the "Issues in Epic" heading.
