Hi,
I'm trying to display an issues pie chart with percentages
I tried the built-in Jira pie but, I can only display the issue count
The percentages are only visible when I hover over them
Is there any way to switch between the percentage and the issues count?
Also, I saw a custom chart add-on that should solve the issue but unfortunately it's not free to use
yeah I know, trying to find another way

Consider voting for this - JRACLOUD-43456 - JIRA Pie Chart should have an option to display the percentages . You can look to the Marketplace for an addon app if that is an option.

Hi @alon.ziskin,
Unfortunately, Jira's built-in pie chart only displays percentages on hover and doesn’t allow switching between issue count and percentage by default. Here are a few workarounds you can try: Jira Dashboards with Custom JQL: Create a dashboard gadget that explicitly displays percentages alongside issue counts. Third-Party Add-ons: Some plugins on the Atlassian Marketplace offer this functionality.
While many are paid, some have free trials. Export Data & Use External Tools: You can export the data to Excel or Google Sheets to create a percentage-based pie chart. Using a calculadora de porcentagem (percentage calculator) can also help with quick calculations. Feature Request: Consider voting for JRACLOUD-43456 to encourage Jira to add this feature in the future. Hope this helps! Let me know if you find another solution.
Best,
Jamy
