Create a project for business team

Hi everyone, 

I want to create a project for the business team in order to allow them to create and see the user stories and bugs related to them. 

They want this structure : 

 - Initiative 

      - Epic 

         - User Story

                - Bug

I tried to create a classic project on jira software, using the scrum board, but it doesnt seem simple and intuitive for them. 

Is there any way to make this as what we found on Devops ????

Or, an Atlassian Marketplace app that enables you to create extended hierarchies and report on same. 

Structure for Jira is one such product (I work for the company that makes Structure) and it works with the Jira Cloud standard plan.  But, as you will see at the link above, there are others.

Hi Assia,

In order to get that hierarchy, you will need to have a Premium subscriptions and the Initiative in the Advanced Roadmaps - Plans section.

True. And on top of that, Story and Bug will be at the same level there, not as parent and child issues.

Hi John, thanks for your answer.

Our company do have Jira Software Premium, and have access to advanced roadmaps. 

I've created  hierarchy, however, it's not as intuitive as  expected. 

When i create the hierarchy of the tickets, i also could create an initiative for an Epic, which is not correct in Agile. 

Also, is it possible to have the same view as what we see in the plans, but in the board ? 

In the backlog i can see the epics, but not the initiavies, they're not inside each others.

The board will not reflect what you see in the plans - that is the purpose of having the plans.
