Create a responsive table in email template

Hi i want to create a table in jira automation email template that responds when field value is not found. For example: 

| HEADER |

Field value 1

Field value 2

Field value 3

If field value 2 is not present, it shd look like this:

| HEADER |

Field value 1

Field value 3

In other words, there should not be a blank line in between.

@Jar Lady I am not aware of anyway to make conditional formatting in the delivered tool.  I would suggest looking at the app JEMH as I believe it allows for this type of functionality.
