Create a roadmap that shows issue and all child issues

I am working with multiple Squads
Each squad had their own plan (project roadmap) 
Each squad is delivering 1 or 2 Initiatives that make up a program.
Each squad is also working on other Initiatives for other programs

I want to create a program view that shows each squad, the specific Initiatives that I choose, and its related children

Do you know if this is possible?
