Hi,

I would like to create e-mail subscription to show issues that
are unresolved and created yesterday till 11am?

You can try to create a subscription and trigger a notification around 10:59 am every day.

JQL: created< startOfDay(24h) and resolution is EMPTY

The specific time can be adjusted according to the time triggered by the subscription.
