Create folder from attachment in sharepoint

Hello! I'm in a project and I would like to create a folder in sharepoint for each user story that's created. I don't know if that is possible but it's really just that. I want is that every time I create a user story, a new folder is created on sharepoint (And if it's possible to configure the name automatically, even better) and then every time that a file is attached, it'll be located on that created folder. Is it possible to do that?
