I am trying to create new issue screen but the page keeps loading - saying Jira takes longer than usual. Is there any bug within the system? Why can't I set up new issue screen, are there any technical problems at the moment?
And after I have clicked on 'Create Issue Screen', this is what came up:
Hi @Support Agent - Maybe try to go straight to the screen and not through the project.
Go to Settings > Issues > Screens
Then search for the screen you want and add the field to it.
I have not experienced this myself but that doesn't really mean anything since you are on a completely different server/VM. If this doesn't disappear soon I would reach out to Atlassian Support.
