Create issue template only for a few Epics

Is ist possible to create an issue template for just a few selected Epics?
And if it is, how does it work?

Hi Pierre - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can create an automation for Jira rule that does that - depending on the type of project. 

What type of project is it? 

And here is some information on Automation to help get you started if you are not familiar with it:

There are two types of automation:

  • Global: In the Free version, you get 100 executions per product, per month
  • Project: In all versions, you get unlimited executions per month

You can do this via global rules to apply to all projects also. You'll need to be a Jira Admin/Site Admin, go to Jira Settings > System > Automation Rules (left-hand menu).
