Create issue type same as epic

Hello everyone 

I want to ask that Can I create a same issue type having epic level so we can create task under that isaue type also that issue have link same like epic have. The purpose is that task are not shown in roadmaps so I want to create separate epic level issue type so I can show them in roadmaps .

Jira Software only supports a single issue type as an Epic, but if you go premium, you can get Advanced Roadmaps, which lets you create more than one issue at the Epic layer (and create layers above).  If you do that, go to Admin -> Issues -> Issue types -> Issue type hierarchy ->
