When we create a linked issue there are a number of missing fields that appear in the agent portals view. How can I ensure they appear on the linked issue screen? Also what determines what appears on the linked issue screen?

It is not possible to modify the create link issue screen. Have a look at this ticket:
I have the same issue. I need to:
1) remove the required fields that prevent the create linked issue from working (make the field optional - not required).
2) add the fields which are marked as required to the create linked issue screen.
Sounds like 2 is not an option.
I cannot locate in the project settings were I can change which fields are required for this project.
