Create linked issue on a post function from JSM project to Jira Software project with JMWE

Hi all!

I'm trying to create a post function on which upon a ticket creation on JSM, a linked issue will be created on a jira software project. I'm currently trying this on a Jira Free plan with installed the JSM and Jira Software.

I've created the post function on the transition I want, but it fails due to permissions error. Now, I've looked on the troubleshoot documentation (Verifying your JIRA instance after installation - JMWE for JIRA Cloud - Confluence (atlassian.net)) and:

• I verify that atlassian-addons-admin group has the administer jira permission

However, I can't verify that "the Jira Misc Workflow Extensions user belongs to that group." because I can't find this user. Could this be a problem that already three people are inside the JSM and Software instance, thus the addon is unable to create this specific user?

Any help would be highly appreciated!
