Create linked issues with inherited values

Hi all,

So I got the info from one of our users that in their local Jira, they have buttons that allow them to open a create screen of a specific issue type directly from a view screen of another issue, and all defined values are inherited in this create screen.

Please refer to the picture for more infos.

Can you identify which add-on this is? Or how we can achieve this?
