Create new Issue on Transition

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if there is a way to create a new issue (from a different project) when the current issue performs a transition.

Ex:

Issue1 from project A reaches/performs a certain transition. Issue 2 is made for project B.

You will need a bit of code to do this, but there are plenty of add-ons in the marketplace that can add the functions for you.
