Create quick filter for not admin user

Hi everybody,

I want a user who is not a administor can create quick filter.

When he goes to the "Configure nnn Board" => "Quick filter", the page is read only and he can't create quick filter.

Is it possible ? Because I don't want to give him the administrator rights. He has coordinator rights because he is a Product owner.

Hi!

What do you mean administrator rights?

1. On Board level?

2. On Project level?

3. On Application level? (I mean for all JIRA)

For my situation I have gived for all Product Owners admin rgihts his product boards.

Regarding filters, admin right board filters and so many I have set owner for filter.
