Create subtask based on the Select list value from the parent issue. I am trying to use the script runner sample one liner programmes but its not working. Do anybody have sample or similar script or any suggestion through Jira automation with specific issue type please.

What does "not working" look like?  What one-liner are you using and where did it come from? 

(Oh, and is your Scriptrunner recent enough to have HAPI enabled?  You can't create issues in one line of SR code without HAPI)
