Create table from Entity Engine with data migration and data pulling as a reference

Hi everyone,

From link https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/database-schema/, found that there is a possibility to create an entity or table in JIRA by using Entity Engine as a module of the OfBiz suite to communicate with the database. 

The scenario is we have to migrate customer information data from other service to JIRA application, create custom field option list for customer number and able to display reference data such as company name, contact person, address, etc when user choose any customer number from drop down field.

So, I have 2 questions as below:

1. Is there any possibility for data migration from other service to fill up the new entity created?
2. Is there any possibility for data pulling as reference whenever customer number chosen as scenario given above?
