I want to configure the Jira to Create ticket from received forwarded email by using WebHook and Jira Automation rules in different projects. I don't want to configure it through mail handler. Is their any possible way that we can configure the Jira to create the tickets through email and webhooks.
@Shasheekant Patel For Jira you can only use the mail handler to create issue. If you are going to be handling a lot of issues through the email handler you might want to take a look at an app like JEMH https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4832/enterprise-mail-handler-for-jira-jemh?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
