Create user email - JIRA incoming mail handler

I've enabled the Create users option in Incoming Mail handler as I want emails outside of our firm to create tickets.
However it says that each new user created would get 'an email is sent to the new user informing them about their new account in JIRA'

Is there a way to stop this email? I dont want external users to get any such emails please?
