Created issue doesn't Appear

When I create a new issue, this message shows and the issue doesn't appear on the board: 

Although the issue status is configured and added to the board. So, i don't really understand the reason for this.

Check on the board's filter and see whether this issue is returned by the filter query.

No there is no any filter

I think you misunderstood it as quick filter. The board will have a board filter that sets the scope of issues to the board. 

May be the issue is not scoped through this filter

As you can see, I changed the filter and still the same problem.
