My "Created vs. Resolved chart" shows incorrect results. I have no tickets in "open" status and all of them are set to "Done", but my chart shows 0 resolved issues.
What's the problem? I have no clue why the chart isnt working.
Ive attached some pictures showing some configuration, but i dont even know where to start.
I tried following this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/created-vs-resolved-chart-showing-incorrect-count-of-resolved-issues-302811967.html but the not sure if this is related or how to apply the resolution.
Is there a workaround? I only need to show created vs resolved tickets which sounds easy.
Never mind, I was looking at the wrong guide.
This helped me fix my issue:

Hi @Mikael Sandberg @Trudy Claspill , I have a query regarding the count of resolved issues, in the created vs resolved issues chart. The count of resolved issues in the chart is not matching the count in workflow resolved issues by status. I created a chart for status based on filter to verify this issue. According to chart there are 130 unresolved issues, but according to status filter there are only 31 unresolved issues. Could you please explain how the count of resolved issues is derived and why is there a mismatch for this issue.
Note: the filter is same for both the charts and data is up to date.

Hi @Andrews,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
This should be its own question, but the reason why you are seeing a difference would be if you are setting the resolution for all your "Done" statuses. The created vs resolved chart is based on the issue is resolved or not, it is not based on the done status category.
