Creating Cards Error - Hash 1L3R5G1/ TUMY2S

Raynara Alves Blaque April 14, 2025

Hello, I really need some help!

When we try to create a card on the board, it closes immediately and shows one of the following errors: Hash 1L3R5G1 or Hash TUMY2S (they appear at different times). This issue is only affecting a few users. I’ve already tried the following steps:

  • Closed and reopened Jira
  • Restarted the computer
  • Reviewed the automation rules (nothing seems to be wrong)

The Jira project is a team-managed business project, and we’re using Google Chrome, so it doesn’t appear to be browser-related.

I saw some suggestions in the community about clearing the cache, but I did that quite recently. Logging out of all accounts wouldn’t be ideal for the company either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hello @Raynara Alves Blaque

I think the message with the hash codes probably says "if this problem continues, contact Atlassian support", or something similar.

The hash codes are useful only to Atlassian support to help them zero in on the entries in the log files (that only they can view) for when the problems occurred. They are not fixed codes that we users can look up anywhere.

I recommend that you ask your Jira Administrators to open a support case with Atlassian at
