Creating Filters for dashboards

Hey guys,

Can you help me out?

I'm trying to create the dashboards, but as we have several boards on a single proyect.

I don't know how to do the JQL to do so.

As you can see in the picture in pulling a lot of tickets in the To do queue, I Just want to have this dashboard from a specific board from the current sprint.

Can somebody help me out?

Welcome to the community.

For your gadget reference the same Save Filter that is used by the board. You don't have to create a new filter.

Hey Trudy, It's still the same. Can you help me out? Idk what i'm doing wrong.

As you can see in the "To Do " is pulling out all of ticket of all boards.

Please show us the filter used by the board. Show us the name of that filter as well as the criteria it uses.

Please also show us the configuration details for the gadget.

If you open the filter in the Advance Issue Search screen, how many issues in the To Do are in the results? Does that match the number reflected in the dashboard gadget?

How many issues are showing in the To Do status of the board, between all the active Sprints and the Backlog?

That image doesn't provide an answer to my questions.

If you open the filter in the Advance Issue Search screen, how many issues in the To Do are in the results? Does that match the number reflected in the dashboard gadget?

How many issues are showing in the To Do status of the board, between all the active Sprints and the Backlog?
