Creating Issues from e-mail

As you can see from Screen Shot bellow I have successfully added IMAP mail server.

And (next Screen Shot ) configured new service that should create issues from live.issues@----------.com.
However even after sending two e-mails to that address I have not been able to create issue.
Atlassian documentation is suggesting that this might be because JIRA instance is experiencing OutOfMemory errors but I am very skeptical about that as when we did a test run using g-mail address everything worked fine. G-mail address was configured for SECURE_IMAP but when I tried it with our office address it gave me:

Unfortunately no connection was possible. Review the errors below and rectify:

SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection? connection?

So I switched to just IMAP which gave me successful connection. But perhaps we require SECURE_IMAP and if so that how to solve it based on error we receive?

Hi Jayne86

Just as a tip, please double check the MIME type of those emails. For example , JIRA does not support S/MIME (digitally signed) emails.
