Creating JIRA issue based on post-commit hook in Bitbucket

Hi!

Having the server version of both JIRA and Bitbucket installed with links between those I'm looking for a post-commit hook (or pre-commit hook for that matter) in Bitbucket where you can specify certain files that you think is important and if there are any changes to those specific files in this commit then the hook will create a JIRA issue.

Can't find any suitable plugin even though there are several that does part of what I'm looking for. 

Any help appreciated.
