Creating New issue types and creating a new workflow

Hi, 

I'm a Jira Administrator and I'm using  Business Type Project. I want to Add new Issue types such as "Documents, Epic, Danger etc". How can I do it?

Also I want to personalize my workflow for example "Selected, Pending, Blocked,"l. Can you help me?

Hi @Marco Rodrigues 

You do this the same way you do it with Company managed Software projects, by using schemes and workflows.

Only caveat: Only one workflow allowed per JWM project. And!!! that workflow has to be conditional. As in, you can't "Allow all statuses to transition to this one".
