Creating a Jira on another board if one does not exist as a Linked Issue
I have a board (Board1) that when a Jira is created and a specific tag value is added, then a ticket is raised on a separate board (Board2), copying over some of the data from Board1 setting it as a Related issue of 'Linked issues' with a Link types of 'blocks'.
Sometimes, the user forgets to add the relevant label so they do this afterwards once the Board1 ticket has been created. This also works and creates a ticket on Board2 and links this to the ticket on Board1 as per above.
But if someone else adds a different label, then sometimes another ticket gets created on Board2 with a new number, duplicating the original Board2 ticket.
This is the Rule:
Not sure if I need to Re-fetch part but basically I'm trying to say do not create Board2 ticket if one already exists.

Your automation is already accurate and it does 80% of the work. However, can you please confirm if by boards here you meant projects? because it seems that your automation is designed for Project RC and some other project.
I would also like to confirm the following:
- What is the scope of this automation? is it Global or specific to one project? if it is a single project then make sure to change it to multiple projects and set its scope to both Project 1 and Project 2. The reason for this is because your Related issues condition will always return true if you set it to a single project because all the returned issues are queried from the current project which doesn't belong to RegConnect
- Where do you link Project 1 and Project 2 issues? your automation is missing a step where you link both of those issues. If not you can never meet Related issues condition. Perhaps you can add another action similar to the following at the end of your automation:
