Hello everyone,
I wonder if it is possible to create a Zendesk ticket from a Jira ticket.
Currently, Jira is mainly used by our IT and Zendesk by our Customer support.
Imagine our IT spots an issue with a customer, I would like our IT to be able to create a Zendesk ticket to notify our Customer support that they need to get in touch with the customer regarding this issue.
