Creating a condition

Hi Team - I am using a trial version of Jira (Cloud instance).

Is it possible to create a condition for transitions, so that I can restrict which users/groups can move from one status to another?

Ya sure. You can create a transition condition to specify which particular group of people can view and perform this transition.
