Hi All, I need to create dashboard with status shown in the tabs like Review, Development, QA, Acceptance in column wise and stories displayed based on the status
Hi @Chandrashekar Nyathappa 👋
As mentioned by @Trudy Claspill , you can't accomplish this using Jira's built-in solution.
If you consider installing third-party add-ons to help, try out Time In Status add-on.
You can easily get dashboard with status shown in the tabs like Review, Development, QA, Acceptance in column wise and stories displayed based on the status. You also can sort issues by status time and use chart reports.
You can also book a live demo - we'll show you the application inside out and answer all your questions. Add-on developed by my team.
I hope you find this helpful 🚀
If you would be interested in a mktplace app you can try out
With this app you generate time in each workflow status for multiple issues with multiple filter and grouping options. You can also group your statuses ti define your own cycle / lead times. This app also can easily be added as a dashboard gadget.

Hello @Chandrashekar Nyathappa
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You can find documentation about creating Jira Dashboards here:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/work-with-dashboards-in-jira-cloud/
Do you want a count of issues under each status or do you want the information from each issue under each status?
For counts of issues per Status you can use the native Two Dimensional Filter Statistic Gadget. Here is an example of such a gadget.
If you want a list of issue details, there is not a native gadget that would divide the information into Tabs per Status value. You could use a separate Filter Results gadget for each Status to get a list of issues that are in that status. You would have to create a save Filters to get the issues in each status, and then set up each gadget to reference one of those filters. With the Filter Results gadget you choose which fields from the issues you want to display. Here is an example of such a gadget.

Jira does not have a native Dashboard gadget that can present the data in that manner.
That output is similar to a "board" display. Have you looked at creating a board to show the data instead?
https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/creating-your-agile-board
Natively Jira does not have any gadget to directly display an agile board in a Dashboard.
There is also a third party app that provides a gadget that creates a display similar to what you shared. Are you open to acquiring a third party app? Two such apps I found previously are:
Great Gadgets for Jira Cloud: Agile Charts, Reports & KPIs
Accelerate for Jira - Agile Wallboard Gadgets
Maybe one of those meets your requirements.

Sure, let me try that but how to install the these third party apps. I will try this and see if I can get this, if now I will go with board you have suggested.
Thank you

If you want to install third party apps for your Jira instance you will need to work with the administrators of your Jira instance. Adding apps requires elevated permissions since it can affect your bill.
