Creating a customised Roadmap

Hi team!
My team is tasked with creating a list of select epics from various boards (& grouped by their teams) for a review periodically.
Perhaps creating a Plan will solve the ask but when I tried to create one, the system did not let me. That is because a Plan does not support team managed boards 
  1. Is there a way to create a Plan including team managed boards?
  2. If not, any suggestions on how to go about the ask please?
  3. Can I change the order of the epics and group them by teams in the roadmap?
Slightly time sensitive and any quick responses are highly appreciated
