Creating a dashboard with custom fields

Hi!

I have a custom field that represents the expected number of hours needed for a task to be done. It is a dropdown list with options 1, 2, 4, 8, 16. Is there a way to make a graph out of it? We would like to have the assignee ID on the x axis and the sum of assigned hours on the y axis.

So far, I've only managed to create two-dimensional filter statistics, but I don't know how to add the sum of this field and whether it can be a graph.

Thank you in advance!

Hi Aleksandra,

You won't be able to use the sum of the field because only fields with a set list of values like a dropdown or user picker field can be used with the two-dimensional gadget.

Hi @Aleksandra Gregec,

I am Marlene from codefortynine.

With our app Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards you can sum up any number field with some of our statistics gadgets.

I am not sure if our app fits your use case, but you could download the free trial and check it out.
