Hello,
I am trying to create a Request Type for a hardware/software order form in Jira Service Desk. It would be much easier in several forms to use drop-down selectors rather than text prompt entries for the form I am trying to create. Is it possible to define a visible field as a drop-down selector, or anything but a text prompt?
While creating this ticket, I was shown this article, but it does not apply to my product.
Hello @Jonathan Pierson,
create new custom field and select "Select list (single choice)" and then define indivuaul options from which your users will choose.

Best regards,

Thank you Jakub! I was able to add a custom field to the screen I needed to. From there, I could import it to the issue I was configuring.
