Three days ago, i´ve tried to created an own site on Cloud, and since then it´s stll in the same status. Can anyone tell me what would be the problem?
Sorry to hear about this problem. I understand that you are looking to setup and create a new Atlassian Cloud site, but appear to be stuck on this screen. I was able to lookup the site you are requesting based on the URL in your screenshot.
However that site appears to have been registered by a different user account than the one you are using here on Community. This other email appears to be using an outlook.com domain. If this is your account, please open a new private browser windows (aka incognito mode in Chrome), and then try to sign into id.atlassian.com with your outlook account first. You should find that this account can then access this Atlassian Cloud site in question.
If that is not your email address though, please let me know the specific site URL you are trying to login to, and which with email account and I can investigate this further. I suspect that the error you are seeing here is because your current account is not a user on that site yet, and you need to login to that other site with the proper account first.

Yes, as you mentioned i have an atlassian acount with an outlook mail, and i´v tried to create the cloud site by this account.

as you indicated, I´ve tried to sign in my atlassian account with the outllook mail by different browser and i could access to the new cloud site.

As @Olga Videc says it seems stuck.. computers will be computers I guess :)
Normally this only takes a few minutes tops.
Since u are on a free plan u wont be able to create a support call. i'll see if we can escalate this through this post to the Atlassian engineers to take a look.

Looks like it's stuck, have you received an email about new site creation?
Have you tried creating it again using the same name?
If you can't create a new site with the same name that means it's created but something went wrong, you will need to contact Atlassian support.

Thank you for answer. I didn´t receive an email about the new site. And i gave it a different name, it´s mandatory a name doesn´t used by others sites, so there´s no way atlassian let me create it with the same name
