Hi, I'm trying to create a new board for a project however the project that I have been using for the last 2 months doesn't show up as a project in the drop-down list when creating a new board.
Also, when I go to advanced search and search for this project (which is clearly in use) it doesn't display on page 1 results. When I click page 2, the page bombs out with no results and says there is a problem.
Can anyone offer any support/feedback? thanks!
Are you trying to create a board for a non-software project?
You can only create board for kanban, scrum and next-gen projects.
It seems that advanced search for projects is completely broken on jira cloud at the moment:
Something's gone wrong

Hi, thanks for the reply!
I was trying to create a new board for an existing project. We had a scrum board, just trying to set up a kanban board also.
Yes, that was my exact experience. "Something's gone wrong". And even when I search for my project it doesn't return any results.
Thanks!

Atlassian fixed the search issue at least in my case. Can you try once again?

"Something went wrong" still occurs when clicking the pages on projects.
Also still having an issue creating a kanban board with an existing project. The project that exists doesn't show up in the list of projects when creating a new board.
