My company has a process for on boarding new customers. It goes through many steps to different departments. I would like a way to create a template for this process that will assign to the same people, the same tasks.... a template. That I can use for any new customer where I only need to revise minimal data like names and dates.
The confines I need to work within:
- Projects are used to cover groups or departments so I cannot use that.
- I need to create this template under another group's project
- I need to be able to track per this process "On Boarding" under that group

One way to do that is to create a base issue with the information you want and just leave it in your Backlog. Then simply clone that ticket when you need something new and change the values as needed.
You can also incorporate post functions on the Create transition or other transistions in your workflow to spawn off additional tickets. We use the JMWE marketplace app for that.
